I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at BlackRock in Feb 2018
Interview
Extremely slow and frustrating. The process has taken over 4 months and I finished the last round 2+ weeks back but haven't heard from them. No replies to follow ups either. Also, every single interview has been rescheduled at least once. The interviews and interviewers have been good though. First round - phone interview, general information about me. Second HackerRank Challenge, easy to medium difficulty questions. Third round, technical asked to solve two coding challenges in 20 mins. One based on BST other was just logical. Fourth round, 4 back to back interviews on skype. All technical. Asked to code on collabedit.
