BD TLDP interview questions

First round interview was at a local BD facility. Second round interview, they flew us out to the HQ. Interview was very structured and positive overall. The second round interview lasted the entire day and was exhausting.

I submitted an online application for the TLDP program (Technology Leadership Development Program). The application was accepted, and I was then invited for an onsite interview that involved talking to a panel of 3-4 people, ranging from engineering managers to someone currently in the TLDP program. They asked me to briefly describe my research background, then each person on the panel asked more specific questions, some technical and some related to leadership experience.
