Interview
The interview process was mostly behavioral; however, there were some technical questions to gauge interest. It seemed to me that they mostly wanted to gauge whether you were a good fit for the company. However, to get a good understanding of your skills in interest in a technical sense, they did ask some questions relating to the IT field.

Interview
I applied through campus recruiting. Met a representative at the career fair a few days later and talked with them. Was emailed about scheduling a one hour Skype interview a day later. The interview was conducted with the program representative I met at the career fair and a member of IT management. The questions were very behavioral and not technical other than asking me broad questions about technical projects I had done. Overall very relaxed and the interviewers were friendly. Received a call two weeks later with the offer.

Interview
There was a pre-interview dinner the night before the on-campus interview at a local restaurant where we got to meet and talk with the interviewers and learn about their experiences and the company which was nice. The interview itself wasn't bad. It was with two interviewers and was about a 30 minute interview.
