Straight forward questions from the hiring manager. Second interview with other department heads was focused on scenario-based questions to find out how you can meet the challenges. Overall, the interviews are not too difficult but one was well prepared for questions on collaboration.

Interview
Very simple phone interview. Just took one hour of my time to get the job. First call was with approximately 5 people and i was asked really basic QA related questions.
Second call was pretty much the same plus some questions about my previous experience.

Interview
It was a typical interview with normal interview questions. I was interviewed with three individuals. We just went over my resume and why i was interested in the position. Someone referred me to the job and I applied, interviewed but did not get the position.
