The process took some time and was many stages. The position didn’t originally have an official req open so I had to wait for hr to open the position before I could officially apply
Fair interview process. Pretty straight forward and not overly technical. Being passionate about Med Device industry likely a big plus. One initial screening call, then panel interview, then one final in person interview.

Interview
The interview process consisted of 2 interviews total: 1 interview on phone of 30 minutes, 1 interview in person of 1 hour. The offer came a few days after and was delivered over a phone call.

Questions regarding past employment. Several questions regarding behavior. Additionally, there were also some questions about technical aspects of past experiences. The process was smooth and fast thanks to the person from BD conducting that interview.
