A recruiter found the job for me. A phone interview was setup. They got back to me within a few days and setup an in person interview. The in person interview was with all the top people at the plant. The HR team was very very nice. The management team was also very nice.

Interview
The interview process consisted of 2 interviews total: 1 interview on phone of 30 minutes, 1 interview in person of 1 hour. The offer came a few days after and was delivered over a phone call.

They asked about specific projects so that I would demonstrate my ability to articulate technical details
Questions regarding past employment. Several questions regarding behavior. Additionally, there were also some questions about technical aspects of past experiences. The process was smooth and fast thanks to the person from BD conducting that interview.

It was a phone interview of 30 mins. Firstly, it was phone interview and then it was video interview. The difficulty level was average. The interview was technical and good.
