I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Azadea (Dubaï) in Mar 2024
Interview
Kind of difficult, more competency-based questions related to HR, they did not beat around the bush, got straight to the point, was pretty quick, around 15 minutes. There were standard questions like tell me about yourself at the start, by the progression of the interview they started asking more competency-based questions.

Question 1
What qualities would you look for if you were hiring a store keeper?
I interviewed at Azadea, and while the process was straightforward, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The questions asked during the interview felt somewhat disconnected from the role I had applied for, which made it challenging to showcase my relevant skills and experiences.
The tone of the interviewer was slightly on the firm side, which could come across as a bit discouraging at times. It would have been more constructive if the environment felt a bit more welcoming and engaging.
