I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aurecon (Docklands) in Jun 2018
Interview

Question 1
Tell us about a time you received criticism outside of University and how did you use it to improve yourself.
I was contacted by HR for an interview, which took place about a week later. It was quite relaxed, mainly behavioral and technical questions. They contacted me about a week later with the outcome of the interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aurecon (Adélaïde) in Jan 2016
Interview
The formal interview process was overbearing, convoluted and didnt appear to have a lot of relevancy to the role I was being interviewed for. However, technical roles such as engineers and project managers have a highly regarded interview process which is aided by many years experience in the industry of interviewers.
