I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aurecon (Perth, Australie-Occidentale) in Aug 2023
Interview
2 rounds of technical interviews with different SME’s. All technical questions with basic management questions. Interview process felt long because of the gap between first abs the second interviews .

I applied online. I interviewed at Aurecon (Wellington, ) in Sep 2024
Interview
Online application, then a phone call by HR - there’s a long period (months) between applicable and phone call, during the call with HR they offer you an interview, provide tips and arrange a time for Virtual Teams Interview. This was 1:1 with the team lead, in my case traction power. The interview quickly evolved into a natural conversation rather than following a structured question format with no questions being asked. Instead I manged to answer the questions through natural conversation. A point to note is that I was selected for the interview because my cover letter aligned well with Aurecon's values. The process concluded quickly, with an offer received just two days after the interview.
First stage is self recorded interview answering set questions. Next stage is in person or online interview I assume but didn’t make it through.
Self recorded interview is a bit soulless. Other companies do it better.
