Interview
It was a presentation followed by q&a around presentation and resume details. Important to stick to time limits as provided. The interviewers had gone through cv thoroughly. Follow up personal and professional questions.
Completed the online assessment which included recorded interview questions. Mostly behavioural questions. Written assessment is based on your selected roles you're applying for. The assessment included writing emails to your supervisor about risks and opportunities.
Interview was professional and questions were as expected, mainly behavioral. Two senior members of the advisory team led the interview, both asking questions about my education, professional experience, and interest in Aurecon. Overall, very smooth and straightforward process with quick response.
