Phone interview to qualify down and then in person interview with hiring manager. Calls with peers and other peer mangers. Detailed review of current job and previous jobs, vetted with references.

Poor. Slow to respond. Interviewers were responding to emails during interview. Did not appear to be actively present during interview and didn’t fully engage with me. I was told they were dealing with an incident.

Seamless and Just 3 rounds. Every round happened in an casual environment and over video calls. It was more of a discussion than interview. Every interviewer held discussions which was never a repeat and unique. That was a USP of the interview.
