Apply online, if you are successful in this you will be asked to do a numerical reasoning test and following this again you will be asked to do verbal reasoning test. If you are successful in all of these then you will receive an offer for a telephone interview. The interview is about 45 minutes. You should try and answer all the questions in the STAR format.
