For Java and J2EE System analyst. Two technical rounds and one management round interviews. First technical one was telephonic and the 2nd was face to face. Both technical guys asked similar questions about interfaces, design patters, Collections etc. Simple Java questions you can search at google.

Interview
First round is technical and interviewer would ask about the core Java, spring and hibernate.second round was managerial asking puzzles with some code. Last round was salary discussion and that has been done on telephone .HR released the salary letter after 1 week.
1st technical written, 2nd face to face technical, 3rd management and 4 th HR rounds.
Written round had core java , sql and jasp based questions. In 2nd round they asked details about jsp and EJBs. This interview was 7 years before. In currently the pattern will be same but the skill set may differ.
