I applied for the vacancy on LinkedIn, and got a response that day asking me to take an online test. The online test has 3 components: a situational test (for example, which of these is most like and least like how you would react), a basic maths test, and a logic test (which of these comes next in the sequence). The day after I took the test, I got an email saying I had progressed to the next stage, which was an online interview The interview lasted about 35-40 minutes, and it had a range of different types of questions, although the bulk of the questions were recorded like a typical interview. There were also 5 or so questions that were select the answer, and 2 that had you write out an answer.
