Two rounds and one business case. First round was general motivation round and describing the role, the second round covered a business case. Business case was mostly about performance management, avarage difficulty. Overall great experience

General motivation and experience, then they descirbed the role itself. It was more like a general conversation about what am I looking for and what they are looking for
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Cambridge, East of England, England) in May 2015
Interview
Worst recruiting experience to date. Initially phone interview, then face-to-face followed by a 2nd face-to-face with whole team. Interview panel seemed nice enough however, indecisive hiring process and feedback. Feedback alluded to an offer that did not materialise with very poor response considering time and effort on process! Would not consider this company again based on the poor end!
