Submitted an online application. Received a call for an interview a week later and arranged a date accordingly. The interview was approximately an hour and 30 minutes in which my technical skills was reviewed in addition to my knowledge of health and safety.

Tell us about a situation in which you worked in a team?
Asked to draw 2 Bending moment diagrams and shear force diagrams for technical and the rest of the questions were soft skill questions such as 'Tell me about a time you worked well in a team?'

Interview
Series of screening process has a lot of steps. It starts from HR interview, then followed by a short technical exam with the bridge department head, which includes character evaluation.
