Not to hard, would like you have interest in the company show do some research about the company beforehand as it will really help. The process was very smooth and not very different from other sales associate positions

Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.
