Interview
Since I was based in Los Angeles, the two team leads allowed a phone interview. The female mainly talked, the other was quiet. They were very courteous, and were interested in my previous experience as a Metadata Operator. They also answered my questions, and confirmed there were opportunities to growth; unfortunately, there's not much.

Interview
First had a screening call with a recruiter. Next, they had me do a work test, which included writing a news summary like I would be doing for the job. After this, I had three different interviews over the course of three weeks with different members of the team.
