They reached out to me via phone. We made a 15-minute interview, then I was invited to their office in Prague for the second interview. The second interview took more than 30 minutes and the questions were mostly aimed at finding out whether my previous job experience may help me succeed at the position.

Question 1
When was the last time you went out of your comfort zone?
Got selected but had a group discussion round, where the company person was not interested in listening. No one was selected from our group only because the company representative was not listening and was on her phone.
It consisted of Group Discussion round in which only girls had an edge. The next was another GD round followed by interview. The interview was asked on Supply Chain and some technical questions.
There is an aptitude test in which there are games, then there is gd round and then the is a group interview round. Gd and gi are in the same day. They don’t give a lot of time to prepare.
