Process consisted of several rounds of phone interviews - HR person; functional supervisor and NY head of business line. Thereafter, met the country manager and NY head face to face. Easy, unstructured discussions with emphasis on behaviour and communications. Suppose the functional aspect was not much of focus as they understood my professional background was exactly a fit. Woul describe the process and people as caring and respectful.

One of the most unprofessional interviews that I attended, folks dint turn up for phone interview .One person who conducted the phone interview had no clue about the product. I can tell he had no clue about the technology .After the so called interview I had onsite group interview with the executives, nothing was organized took 30mins for the security to find someone to check me in. End of the interview had salary discussions . Even if someone offers me 30% more than won’t join . No culture ,dint even have any discussions with HR throughout this process .
