Staff was not prepared at all. First interviewer told me about the massive turnover AMEX is having. Then went on to make a weird statement about the German department and corrected it as a joke right afterwards. Second interviewer was from East Germany and explained that her family disliked Americans, because the US gave up her are for West Berlin. Was told that they would call the following day. Heard nothing for two weeks. I decided since they have a problem me being American to withdraw the application. An investigation was conducted by AMEX internally, of course no wrong doing was found.
