American Express Assistant Manager interview questions

HR called me and she scheduled first round of interview, she told me if I clear the first round second round will be scheduled within the same day and that will be my final round. I cleared the first round of interview, HR called me after two days and told me that she is scheduling second round now. she scheduled the round of interview but the interviewer was not present on that day and since then my second round is pending till eternity. I tried reaching out to the HR but there was no response from them. This kind of behaviour is highly unprofessional.

It was smooth. There were two rounds. Both were similar. I had no technical round to my surprise. Just case study that too for 10 minutes to see the approach of work and behavioral questions.
