Amazon Sr Technical Project Manager interview questions

Tedious. Through questions focused on a few different company principles, they all generally boiled down to the same 3 “tell me about a time...x” where x is 1. You did something awesome 2. You helped everyone do something awesome 3. You failed to do something awesome, and what did you learn? The company has too many overlapping principles that they pretend are unique or special. They over stress them in preparation for the interview and then only touch on ~5 (of 13?). Seems overly prescriptive - curious what the Author Adam Grant would think (read Originals if this seems interesting to you).

1 phone interview followed by 5 onsite interviews over the course of 2 days. 2 system design interviews Difficult interview but good experience. Loved the experience and got the offer. Got switched teams 3 times.
