Interview
Very standardized interview process. Four rounds of video interviews with each divided into behavioral and coding parts. Be prepared and you are on top of it. I had an amazing talk with two interviewers that we could not even finish our conversation before it ended. Recruiters usually reply to my emails fast. Negotiation talk is casual and friendly.
