I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in May 2021
Interview
Rigourous screening, assessing both technical and soft skills. It is 5 hours long and tiring but the process is unique and fun. Involves talking about past experiences in great detail, assessing technical abilities for problem solving (algorithms/data structures), system design.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2025
Interview
The entire process took 2 months for me --no offer
Initially I got screening call from Amazon recruiter, called me for initial screening and said there will be an assessment
I got assessment link and cleared the questions standard LP style problems 1. linked list, 2. some 2D array
After 2 days recruiter called me said I have cleared the 1st assignment and scheduled interview after 1 month.
Interview has 4 rounds loop interview There were no LC questions asked in interview But still I was not selected.
My suggestion is concentrate more on LP questions and OOP concepts

System design: Build a system expenses tracking application
Role was removed unannounced. We were under impression that they are in process of next steps. I had many interviews. And it was removed at the last moment. It was very disheartening experience. I already had online call, assessment and on location interview. So there was no other step remaining.
