Amazon SDE intern interview questions

Total 3 rounds Round 1 - OA ( 2 dsa questions and some LP based questions) Round 2 - Interview. It stared woth self introduction from both sides. After 2 medium level dsa questions were asked and at the end behavioural questions were asked. Round 3 - One medium level DSA question and its follow up.

The interview was heavily focused on GenAI and Amazon Leadership Principles. The Technical Manager did a deep dive into my approach to prompting LLMs and how I optimize workflows using them. In contrast, the SDE Engineer’s questions were more direct and strongly centered around Leadership Principles.
