Phone Screen with Hiring Manager to talk about the position and capture some data regarding experience and your way of work. The hiring manager could approve you for the next phase. On site talks (usually remote also) with 5 to 6 people, one or two people per 30 minutes, talking about different aspects of your previous works and how would you approach some situations. Each interviewer takes notes to discuss later with all interviewers and decide if you should be approved or note. Some TPM positions asks for a tech essay. Depends on each area.
