I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Jul 2022
Interview
a recruiter contacted me on linked in and told me to apply for a this position and after applying and passing the coding test another recruiter sent me an email to provide them with 5 different availability times to have the interview and never contacted me back then I emailed the recruiter again she told me sorry for the inconvenience to send another 5 availability dates again and I did and again she never contacted me or even told me about any information about the interview , they never cared about the stress, the effort and the work that people do for passing their interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
the two coding questions were called "Amazon Total of power sum" and the other question was called "Maximize the median Sum"
Amazon sent an online assessment with 2 coding challenges (1 medium and 1 hard), behavioral questions and design questions.
I was able to solve the medium question but couldnt complete the hard one.
Overall a good learning experience
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly twisted version of leetcode medium and hard questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
Fairly relaxed interviews, questions didn't have the most clear-cut answers and they seemed to be looking for good problem solving skills over datastructure/algorithm knowledge with their programming problems. System design question was a bust, they didn't seem to want to provide clarification for the problem.
