Interview
Applied online. Received an email by a recruiter asking simple questions such as are you willing to relocate... etc. After couple of days, I was set up for a phone interview by an ops manager (had a week to prepare) the phone interview lasted about 45mins and it was pretty basic behavior questions along with a math problem.
After I was done I've waited 2 weeks than the same recruiter sent me an invitation for a hiring event at one of Amazon's sites along with 4 very easy case studies to do before the event. I went to the hiring event, there I was given a tour and was interviewed by 4 different professionals (senior ops manager, senior hr specialist, ops manager and IT manager) each interview lasted 45 mins except for the last one lasted about an hour or so.
Just practice and be prepared to answer behavioral questions using the STAR method and be as detailed as possible. Also if you don't get the math problem right from the first time, don't worry because I did the same and still got an offer. Just do yourself a favor and dont B.S when answering their questions. Good luck.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you improved or re-invited a process and how did it go?
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
