Just behavioral questions, focused on Leadership Principles and STAR answering format. Just follow up on your LP and make sure you answer in STAR and also try to put LP into your answers.

It’s the holiday returns season and your associates are moving fast to meet the team’s goals. During your shift, you notice several warehouse associates taking shortcuts that violate safety protocols when competing their work. This includes not using ladders when reaching for packages and walking through ‘off limit’ zones. If you have any downtime during the shift, your team won’t be able to meet their goals.

There were 2 consecutive interviews for the area manager internship position. Both of the interviews asked basic personality and leadership questions, the interviewers were very friendly and both interviews were about 15 minutes long.

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.

Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.
