I would say the interview was overall average , with standard questions and no major surprises. It was neither too difficult nor too easy, just a typical experience with expected challenges and discussions.

They asked you 3-4 interview questions, and it's important to incorporate leadership principles into your responses using the STAR format. The interview process consists of two stages:
The first stage involves standard interview questions.
In the second stage, they will send you an Excel file before your interview, along with a set of data analysis questions. You'll need to complete the analysis and, during the interview, walk them through your thought process, explaining how you arrived at your answers.
OA assessment was non-technical, it was about you responding to different stakeholders and aligning their processes. After passing the OA, had 3 back to back 45 minute, non technical interviews.

two round interview process with potential hiring managers, everyone was kind and informative. i enjoyed speaking with everyone i met and applied for the rotational program. mostly behavioral questions, helps if you can explain why tech and why finance
Very chill and conversational, two 45 min back to back interviews with two different people in different locations. Just behavioral questions, so nothing out of the ordinary. Use the STAR method and everything should be fine.
