Test de logique organisationnel et de bon sens qui doit prendre un vingtaine de minute. Il y a aussi un test de personnalité que la façon de travailler (plutôt a laise socialement, organisé, si vous preferez la performance au relationnel...) Entretien avec la personne en charge du poste.

Comment classe riez vous les différentes tâches par ordre de priorité en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise (satisfaction client, rapidité dans les délais, nombre de commande...)?
OA assessment was non-technical, it was about you responding to different stakeholders and aligning their processes. After passing the OA, had 3 back to back 45 minute, non technical interviews.

two round interview process with potential hiring managers, everyone was kind and informative. i enjoyed speaking with everyone i met and applied for the rotational program. mostly behavioral questions, helps if you can explain why tech and why finance
Very chill and conversational, two 45 min back to back interviews with two different people in different locations. Just behavioral questions, so nothing out of the ordinary. Use the STAR method and everything should be fine.
