Interview
Amazon's interview process includes an online assessment, phone screens, and on-site or virtual interviews focusing on technical skills, problem-solving, and alignment with Leadership Principles, often incorporating behavioral and technical questions with case scenarios.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
