2 Hour Assessment that tests your customer service skills/knowledge. To start, search for a job of interest. You can search by locations, business categories, job categories or keywords. Once you find one, click the "Apply Now" button next to the title of the role at the top of the page.
Then, follow the directions on your screen. Either create a new profile, or log back in if you're a returning candidate.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
