There were 2 different interviews for an Area Manager position at Amazon. The first was with HR and is focused on what you would do in a certain situation. The 2nd interview was with leadership from operations and focused on metrics and how you improved a process.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you saw a member on your team struggle and what did you do about it?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
