After filling out the online application form, you are invited to complete an aptitude test. If this is successful, there is phone screen interview with a recruiter. The last stage is a panel-style interview with 3 different leaders from the business.

Tell me about a time when a team member was struggling at work and you stepped in to help out.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
