I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Austin, TX) in Oct 2022
Interview
Very disorganized, incompetent, and rude HR department overall, especially throughout the hiring process. After you interview, you will wait a long time to get any response from HR. And if you have any questions, expect weeks to months to get a response. If you need to change anything with your hiring time, you might as well look for another job. I waited 6 months for them to lead me on for a position in my desired location. When it finally came time to start, a different HR person reached out and said that the location was no longer available. Steer clear from Amazon, especially as a warehouse manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
STAR style interview questions like "tell me about a time when you experienced a disagreement with a coworker and how was it resolved".
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
