I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (East Rutherford, NJ) in Jun 2015
Interview
3 part interview. First was in a group and given a simple math problem to solve. Then interviewed by a current area manager and was asked a few personality questions and was given an overview of the job. Final part was interview by HR rep. Here we discussed the math problem and were asked a few more questions of how we would handle on the job situations. Overall a pretty pleasant experience.

Question 1
Name a time where you were faced with a problem and were unable to solve it
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
