Hiring for Amazon temp employees is done through SMX staffing. Everyone is hired that can show their high school transcript showing you graduated, social security card and drivers lic.and pass a saliva drug test on the same day as your interview.

The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
