Interview
I was interviewed several days ago, and it went over really well. I told the interviewer that I was a bit nervous and she was completely fine helping me work through my nerves and even helped clarify a few of the questions she asked, which was really helpful in me framing my answers the right way. She asked several questions that all had to do with data points and customer conflict resolution.

Can you tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for a customer?
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
