Good interview process. It had in total five rounds based on english speaking, writing and typing speed. Rounds consists of filling the words, rearranging of jumbeled words versant test email writing . One should have a stable internet connectivity. It was a great experience. After that
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
