Interview
In simple terms, if you don't study for your interview and know your resume well you won't do well. They employ the STAR scoring for all answers. Interview questions are behavioral based, with a heavy bias on the core values.
Time between phone screen and on-site was long due to schedules, once on-site the process was fast. Received an answer within 48 hrs.

Peculiar to Amazon, there will be several rounds of interviews dependent on the level of the job, and each level will have questions relevant to Amazon Leadership Principles. The answers are debriefed by the interviewers who will validate the strengths and risks of the candidature.

Question 1
The most complex problem you have solved in the recent days.
Very much around the leadership principles. Nothing outside of LPs asked, questions were scripted and answers were expected to follow STAR format and add data. Sometimes feels like a push to add data, but still do so.
