Process was very smooth. Recruiter provided all the details regarding the interview process and what can be expected highlighting leadership principles and STAR methodology. The loop round had 4 interviewers and was 45 min long each. Questions were basis leadership principle

Enviei o curriculo, fui chamada para entrevista. Me preparei muito no sistema STAR para responder as perguntas. Antecipei casos profisionais que pudessem mostrar os softskills que eles procuram. A entrevista foi com o gerente Sr. Ele foi educado e me informou que estavam procurando alguém com experiencia mais profunda em transportes e logística de entregas.
