Amazon Intern Area Manager interview questions

Three long interviews; each lasted about an hour and are back to back. It was on Zoom format and they put you into waiting rooms while they interview people. They asked a lot of strategic questions so be prepared for those.

When applying, we had to first take an assessment before we could submit the application. The assessment was straight-forward, it was a lot of questions centered around managing employees, behavioral questions, process improvement questions, etc. I didn't hear back until three months later when I received an interview invite via email. The interview was also straight-forward, a lot of questions centered around behavioral and leadership style. They also ask questions about the Amazon Leadership Principles.
