Amazon Intern Area Manager interview questions

After you pass the initial screening, they email you an interview date to where you go through an initial briefing, then immediately after two 30 minute interviews with two current area managers. They ask behavioral and theoretical questions.

hour long, lot of questions about leadership principles. Multiple rounds of interviews, very simple and related questions. Was not in person, but over Amazon Chime. The interviewers were nice. They look for key answers, and expect STAR format.
