I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Milan) in Aug 2015
Interview
I had only the first interview on the phone, it lasted around half an hour.. The lady was quite nice and she asked a lot of behavioral questions, like "what would you do if you had to manage a team of around 60 people? how would you monitor them?"
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Rugeley, England) in Aug 2015
Interview
The process was really quick. I applied online and was sent a link for a numerical test within 3 days. I had my telephone interview about 10 days later . I heard back in exactly a week that I had made it to the next stage, and was invited to an in-house interview at a fulfillment centre the following week. This started with a site tour, followed by a 15-min math test. Then, I had four 45-minute competency-based interviews (with 2 senior operations managers, HR and the cost controller). The first interviewer (an operations manager), went through the math test with me, wanting to understand my thought process and also asked how I would go about it if a few things changed. It was pretty straightforward. All the interviewers were really friendly and the interview was more of a chat. I was told I would hear back within 2 weeks, but I was offered a job the following day - the Graduate ICQA Area Manager role.
