Amazon Area Manager Intern interview questions

Online interview using the Amazon Chime platform. Two one-on-one interviewers and a short pre-interview briefing take place during this interview. The questions are behavioral-based and not technical for this role.

The interview 2 different parts, the first being personality and technical assessments and the other being a live interview. The assessments were easy enough but did take up an hour and a half. The interview was fairly easy, but also took up a substantial amount of time. The interview consisted of two zoom calls back to back with different area managers and they each had different questions that assessed your critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
