Amazon Area Manager Intern interview questions

When applying, we had to first take an assessment before we could submit the application. The assessment was straight-forward, it was a lot of questions centered around managing employees, behavioral questions, process improvement questions, etc. I didn't hear back until three months later when I received an interview invite via email. The interview was also straight-forward, a lot of questions centered around behavioral and leadership style. They also ask questions about the Amazon Leadership Principles.

Easy enough; had 3 rounds which consisted of talking to various Area Managers and corporate managers. No case questions but there were questions regarding my resume, CV, future goals, and willingness to travel.
