Interview
Pretty behavioral based interview. Process took between 3 weeks from applying to receiving offer. Interview mainly consisted of leadership style and what if scenarios. Asked for past experiences regarding leadership and translating it to the job.

Question 1
If you saw a manager with years of experience breaking protocol, what would you do and how would you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amazon (California City, CA) in May 2024
Interview
Very smooth. Pre briefing in the beginning with other interviewees. 2 back to back interviews proceeding. Recruiters were very nice and interviewers gave you time to answer questions. This was not a difficult process. I would recommend to just be yourself and describe the most impressive things you’ve done to better an organization.

Question 1
What would you do if coworkers were not doing their job?
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon in Oct 2024
Interview
I don't believe I did a hirevue with them first. After applying I was sent an email where I selected which date for an interview. There was a pre interview brief we had to attend a couple days before the interview where 80 people watched the HR person tell us all about the interview process. The actual interview was 2 parts, 30 minutes each. They asked me around 3 questions each, 2 behavioral ones based on past situations and 1 hypothetical at the end. They would follow up for specifics and took notes the whole time. They were serious most of the time and ended promptly at the 30 minute mark.

Question 1
What would you do if you saw a manager going against safety protocol?
Tell me about a time...can't remember exact questions but they were heavily focused on my project I did at my last internship and how I work in teams.
