Outrageously bad process 1. Multiple scheduling issues 2. Interviewers lack basic communication skills and for some reason are taking interviews from remote areas with bad connectivity 3. received a message from an Amazon recruiter, first round: online coding assessment (homework)- medium question second round: The recruiter provided some feedback regarding the previous round and gave some explanation for the final round. on-site (virtual) interview: it was 4 rounds, system design question for photo-sharing app, a hiring manager with online coding -hard Leetcode question, online coding- traversing a tree, online coding - graphs. they were medium to hard questions. each one had 2 Behavioural questions as well. mostly with deadline questions, the simple answer to complex problems, disagreement with another teammate, getting critical feedback.
